(“Crown Point”) in the acquisition from Tecpetrol S.A., YPF S.A. and Pampa Energía S.A. of their respective participating interests in “El Tordillo”, “La Tapera” and “Puesto Quiroga”, located in the Province of Chubut. The agreements were executed on June 4, 2025.
