Current Position
Santiago J. García Mira is a partner at the Salaverri | Burgio | Wetzler Malbrán law firm, specializing in administrative law, economic regulation, energy, and antitrust law. He has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration in regulated matters.
He is a professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and at the University of the Argentine Social Museum.
He is the author of numerous publications in his field and has spoken at various national and international conferences and seminars.
Throughout his professional career, he has been repeatedly recognized by international publications like Chambers & Partners.
In 2016, he was appointed by the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires as a member of the Jury List for selecting judges and members of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
